The hotel I stayed in had more stairs and hills to access - I wouldnt use this one again. The main Leonardo hotel where I had stayed previously - is the only one I would consider booking again.

Good experience overall, only issue we had was that our room was not cleaned after 2 days. I kept the sign on door but only towels were replaced and bin emptied. When I asked the guy at the reception, he said that sometimes the domestic staff can't read english, (the sign on the door saying "please clean my room" reason why they didnt clean.

Leri & Vicki were really helpful and kind. They helped us solve our problem with our lost belongings which we left on a boat trip. They saw how anxious we were and tried to calm us down as much as they could. Big thank you for them ❤️

This was my second stay at this lovely hotel. The view from our room, and from the roof terrace, is spectacular. The beach is very close by, as are shops and restaurants. We found the staff to be particularly friendly and helpful, which we really appreciate as it colours the whole experience to such a big extent. The reception staff helped us extend our stay by an extra night. There is a big variety of food in the restaurant and the staff are really on-the-ball with clearing tables etc. Whole place is spotlessly clean and well cared for. There is a bit of a hill to walk up to the hotel, which sadly means I can't bring my mum there, but that is the only down-side I experienced.

When you walk into reception and see the through view all the way to the water you know you are going to have a fantastic stay. The fresh scent in the reception area just added to the ambience. Although we arrived early before our room was ready check in was quick and easy thanks to the friendly staff. Our studio room was ideal and the balcony had a stunning view over the water. The only thing that let the room down was the twin beds pushed together instead of the double expected. The room and hotel in generally was extremely clean. Plenty of selection of food for breakfast and although we had half board we only had dinner twice as we were busy exploring the surrounding area but we enjoyed the nights we were there and again the Hotel food was perfectly acceptable. We generally had a nightcap each evening on our return to the hotel and sat on the roof terrace overlooking the sea and soaking in the stunning views morning or night and indeed we were even lucky enough to see dolphins which really made my partners trip by itself. Overall this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we have had. We would thoroughly recommend to couples , family's and indeed anyone looking for an escape. The trip was so good we didn't want it to finish and will happily return. Thank you.

Fab hotel even though our room was a bit small for 3 people and not very private with people walking past the balcony all the time. Other than that great.

I stayed at this hotel with my family and toddler. The views were beautiful and we loved the chilled friendly atmosphere of the hotel. I enjoyed the food although as its buffet style the food can be a little cold at times. It is in a perfect location close to supermarket and beach. The only real downsides were the room wasn’t child (toddler) friendly . My son escaped a couple of times as the door was incredibly easy to unlock and we had to remove the balcony furniture to stop our toddler from potentially falling off it. The rooms aren't cleaned during your stay and there is no brush or mop to clean floor which would have been helpful. The beds are made daily and bins emptied but thats it. When walking around on a sandy floors it would have been nice to have the option to clean your floor.Beds are also quite uncomfortable and i slept poorly overall. Staff were very friendly and helpful so we would potentially go back if there were small improvements made.

This was already our third visit to Mallorca, and this time we stayed for 10 days. Overall, we managed to rest well and enjoyed our holiday. A special thank you to the breakfast staff for their warm smiles and kind attitude every morning – it really made a difference to our start of the day. The room, however, could use some improvements. It was not recently renovated, and the curtains were stained – which was a pity, as we had a beautiful sea view and liked to keep them open. As a family, we would have preferred a proper double bed instead of two singles pushed together; it would have been nice if the option had at least been offered. Another detail was the smoking policy. We only use e-cigarettes, but it was not allowed even on the balcony, which we specifically booked to enjoy the view. Regarding entertainment, we were surprised that there was a DJ only on Tuesdays, with no other evening activities organized during our 10-day stay. Also, parking was a bit of an issue, as there were no spaces available at the property, which made things less convenient. These are small points of feedback rather than complaints. We are not planning to share this publicly, but to be honest, we would also hesitate to recommend the hotel to our friends as it is now. Still, we appreciated the service and atmosphere, and in the future, when visiting other cities, we will definitely consider staying at Leonardo Hotels again.

The hotel is the lower end of the 3 Leonardo hotels all next to each other. But the price reflects that. The food wasn’t amazing but plenty of options The location is very good. 5 mins to Magaluf and 5 mins to the palmanova beach. Quality restaurants along the beaches

Great hotel, great staff, haven’t stayed here for 9 years, as I hadn’t been to Mallorca. Used to stay regularly. The view is just as beautiful, nice to see some of the staff still there from 10 years previously, won’t be 9 years until my next visit

A lovely hotel very clean and friendly. The only downside for us was the walk up from the Beach and shops found it very tiring going up a very Steep hill.

Had a really lovely stay the only thing that upset us was the limited choice of evening meals also the room we had we heard the staff in the room across from us think it's were there equipment is near the lift it was, I just think they need to be aware there's people in there rooms and they can disturb people. And also there were people coming in and out late or early hours of the morning who need to be aware they can disturb people

Anna and Mauro were both exceptional, Anna especially from the kids club, so kind and caring and brilliant at her job really looked after all the children and would be the reason for us to recommend to a lot of our family friends and for our return next year. Mauro made us feel at ease trying out different sports and was so friendly. Both massive assets to the hotel. We had a big range of needs with grand parents , couples and family travelling as one group and everyone commented on how group both these staff members were, my parents also frequently visited the lobby bar at night and commented on how lovely the bar man was ( I didn’t catch his name)

Good value for money, great view and area

Amazing sea view from our quiet studio which was very unexpected. We had an absolute wonderful stay! The views from the hotel are incredible. The staff kind and helpful, food was enjoyable and location within an easy walk to the beach. We had an incredible, memorable stay and would love to return! Thank you! M

Location of the hotel is wonderful. A 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Outdoor pool was clean and the activities during the day were fun. We did the rifle shooting and kayaking which my kids really enjoyed. We stayed half board. The food was good, and has the standard offerings for breakfast. Pancakes are nice and fluffy ones and they had an omelette station too. You wouldn't go hungry unless really picky. There are themed nights. Monday was Spanish and Tuesday was Italian. Desserts not the best, however there is fruit and a soft serve ice cream machine. We ordered lunch one day to have a pool day. The pizza was quite salty, and the pitta bread that came with the beef gyro was cold and hard. Wouldn't recommend. The Tuna sandwich was good value for €5.50 though. The beds were generally very comfortable. However, on our final night, we noticed a strong, unpleasant odour coming from one of the mattresses in the main bedroom. To manage the smell, we had to place a towel over the bed sheet, which helped slightly but didn’t fully resolve the issue. (If management wish to resolve, it is room 779 - the bed in the main bedroom by the window). As mentioned in most reviews, the sound proofing is not the best. You can hear the trucks early in the morning and noise travels. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Overall, we had a good time. There are lots of other hotel options in the area, and I would want to try somewhere else on the island if we came back to Mallorca again.

The Leonardo team work extremely hard to ensure you enjoy your holiday. Reception, maintenance and entertainment team all excel! The food is plentiful even with teenagers. View from the pool area is amazing but many sun beds need replacing, and the pool toilets and general area can get messy. Overall a fab time had by all 😊

Our stay was lovely. The view from the snack bar & pool areas were beautiful. In the main staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was serviced daily. Only at check-out did we receive a standoffish reception from staff. A short walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

Perfect location, had seaview room 277. Extremely clean very spacious. Aircon not the coldest but at least we had it. Fridge leaked. Didn’t know this was a no smoking anywhere hotel or wouldn’t have booked it. Had to go outside the hotel which was a big negative for me so wouldn’t stay again. Perfect hotel for non smokers and vapers. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we felt at home at Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The location is ideal, close to the beach and local restaurants. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers something for everyone. Dinner was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to coming back.

The hotel was on a hill and it had great views over the bay of Palma Nova. The food was good and the room was good value for money. The pool was a bit small but you can use the sister hotel's pool which is bigger, but is next to a public walkway so not much privacy, and it's very busy. Julia on the front desk was extremely helpful and a lovely lady. If you are thinking of hiring a car then be aware that parking is a nightmare in the main resort. I had to park the car as far as 1km away and you can consider yourself lucky if you get anywhere near the hotel to park. However, there is a short waiting time outside for drop offs and pick ups. You also need to be aware that there is quite a steep hill walk to the hotel entrance. This is great for the views from the hotel grounds but not great if you struggle with mobility. However, there are plenty of taxis about and they are pretty cheap. The hotel is very close to the beach and the beach is very clean with various watersports available. If you want 5 star luxury then look elswhere, but if you want a functional hotel with decent food and facilities, and is to the resort centre and close to the beach, then this is a good hotel for you as it ticked those boxes for us.

Really welcoming staff, from front of house, to housekeeping, really helpful and friendly… nothing was too much hassle…the breakfast selection is excellent, and the catering staff are professional and efficient.. the rooms were spotless, the bedding was lovely quality, the beds comfortable and smelled just washed … the facilities are amazing, with stunning terraces, with amazing views over the bay and its crystal clear waters, the selection of bars and places to eat a full meal, or grab snacks… the activities for the kids, from little ones to older teens all included in your stay is second to none.. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone… and will be returning in the coming months

We loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for families like us with little kids. The food selection was relatively small especially for vegetarians, however, the selection was tasty and fresh. There was plenty to do for us both at and around the hotel. The hotel was bright and fresh looking. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back ourselves in the future.

Perfect holiday experience. The hotel is clean a. tidy with very friendly staff. There were plenty of sun beds on the terrace a. the pool areas were kept very clean. Our room was clean, functional with modern decor a. the beds a. seating area were really comfortable. You have to pay 5€ for the safe, but this is returned on check out. There is a TV a. we were self catering so had a fridge a. wash up facilities. The bathroom was also very modern with deluge shower a. again very clean as the apartment was cleaned daily. We paid for a breakfast package a. there is plenty of hot a. cold food to choose from fresh fruits, to chef made omelettes with juices a. tea / coffee too. The hotel is on a bit of a hill, but is within easy walking distance of both Palma Nova a. Magaluf, so plenty of daytime activity a. nighttime entertainment. Had a great time!!

Very nice hotel and location was good too. Not too far to walk into Palma Nova and Magaluf was a couple of minutes walk around the corner. We had a lovely view from outside the room and when at the pool view was even better. Rooms were modern and clean as was the rest of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and definitely worth a stay here. Staff friendly and accommodating too. Overall a great place to stay.
