A welcoming hotel, well located with a qualified and dedicated staff (Boris). With clean rooms, large bed, but a little noisy. Excellent food

The hotel was really well appointed. It was close to the train station.Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff were very friendly and gave great service. The hotel breakfast @ 15 euros was very reasonable.

Mattress and pillows very extremely soft, need to improve. Water in the shower unexpectedly would turn to cold then back to hot again. Everything else was excellent.

Very good hotel for exploring Vienna. Perfect position near the underground train station, only two stops from Schönbrunn Palace. Great breakfast, nothing to complain about.

It was very good all, I small thing is that when the bags from the toilet finished they’ve never added new… we were ladies (if you know what I mean). Also, the speed of th WiFi at room wasn’t very good, but at reception was very good.

This was a decent hotel in a great location. Comfortable and clean with a good breakfast. I had booked to stay again in March 2026 but hadn't paid yet until I had stayed this time and assessed the hotel. After this experience, I will be happy to return

The room was amazing and our stay aswell, the only point which definently NEEDS improving is the shower. The shower head gave almost no water, and the temperature was very irregular. This made it so I burnt and at the same time froze myself :) Although that point, the rest was perfect.

- it was a pleasant accomodation, but not as good as we expected for a Leonardo hotel ( this year we also stayed at Leonardo hotels in Graz and Munich). We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the hotel , especially in the hallways, lifts and the reception area. We changed the room ( the matress cover had a visible stain and there were lot of hairs on the bed) and the staff was ok. The new room was clean and ok. Regarding the parking , we did not know that you have to exit in the street and carry your luggage ouside , because there isn’t a direct lift to rooms area. This aspect was unpleasant.

I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Schönbrunn and I am very happy with my choice. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, just what you need after a day of walking around Vienna. Comfortable bed, quiet in the hotel and a very good sleep. The breakfast was varied and tasty, with everything you need to start the day well. The staff at the reception and restaurant were friendly and prompt, always ready to help. The location is excellent - close to the metro station, you can quickly get anywhere in the city. Overall, a very good value hotel. I would come back without hesitation.

The place is good enough for a short stay in Vienna. The Location is perfect - right in front of a metro station, just 2 stops away from Schonbrunn and 4 stops in the opposite direction from Vienna State opera. Everyone from the hotel team is really nice and friendly. The rooms are big and spacious, but a little bit of outdated. Cleaning also can be improved.

Everything was perfect — the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help. The U4 metro line is just one minute from the hotel. Rooms are clean, and towels are changed on a daily basis. Beds are super comfortable. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, there was no noise from outside thanks to excellent sound insulation. Parking, like in most hotels in Vienna, is expensive (€18 per day), but there’s a P+R parking facility literally 2 minutes from the hotel for just €8 per day. Breakfast is decent and varied — there’s something for everyone. It costs €15 per person, and when compared to eating elsewhere, it’s definitely worth it. Overall, a great hotel — I’m adding it to my favorites, and during my next visit to Vienna, it will definitely be my first choice. Once again, all compliments to the very pleasant staff!

the hotel, like all hotels in Austria, is clean ,comfortable and most of the stuff is nice. the breakfast has a very wide variety for every family member and is great boost to start the day. The water in the showers are a bit problematic as they suddenly turn cold on you then scorching hot, not sure why.

Excellent hotel 1 minutes walk from the underground. Room was great with very comfortable large bed. Bathroom was compact but had everything that you need. Breakfast was good, hot food only considered of bacon, scrambled eggs and frankfurter sausage, but the cold options was very good. Check-in & check-out was quick & efficient.

After enter the room for the first time, there was strong cigarette smell. I understand this is not the fault of the hotel but previous guests.

We stayed 2 nights and discovered the historical city. All staff was so kind, location was great near the metro line , so accessable. We would like to stay longer next time.

Myself and my partner recently visited Vienna on a five-day break and stayed at Leonardo Hotels primarily due to having used the chain before. We elected to stay a bit further out to be near Schonbrunn and the location turned out to be perfect - U-bahn station was mere steps away and took us everywhere. As for the actual hotel, we couldn't ask for more. Brilliant room at a great price. Real quality and super friendly staff.

We spent two nights at Leonardo Hotel Vienna Schönbrunn with my mother and my brother, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location very close to the metro station, it is easy to reach the city's attractions and there are restaurants nearby. The on-site parking option is convenient. The beds are comfortable, staff were helpful in all areas and we enjoyed the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Thank you for your nice hospitality! The hotel is very clean, good bed, great breakfast and very near a metro station. Only 2 stations of Schonbrunn The is a supermarkt below the hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. Either new or recently renovated. The hotel is located near a subway station with 2 lines and buses making it very easy to get around. The only bad thing is that there weren't enough towel in the room and the only amenities was a combined shower gel/shampoo - no conditioner! The staff was friendly and professional

Our stay at the hotel was very nice! The staff was very professional and supportive. We looked forward to the huge breakfast selection every day!

Except for the fact that you didn’t have intercoms and room service, which is a must. We had to run down even for coffee pods. More over the air conditioner was warm. We prefer 21 degrees to sleep. The staff were excellent. Very helpful. The lady in the office and the tall bearded gentleman were extremely friendly in addition to Tara.

Everything was just right, except the missing English Breakfast tea bags and milk. We’d experienced this all through the trip, so for our last night we didn’t bother going to reception to ask for some.

Nice hotel, easy check-in, good breakfast. A little bit hard to get into the garage. Value for money: slightly overpriced.

This hotel is right next to subway, very clean and had calm. Was traveling with my dogs and no problem. Will come back.

Everything was excellent except for the timing of room service. I returned to my room at 2pm one day and it hadnt been serviced. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I’d not returned but I wanted to spend some time in the room so opted for no service that day
