Guests can drop off luggage using the designated area at the back of the hotel on Keel Wharf. 

Kings Dock Car Park: 
Guests can enjoy discounted overnight stays just a five-minute walk from the hotel. Simply have your Kings Dock parking ticket stamped at reception and present it to the car park staff before payment. The regular parking rate is £4.00 per hour (as of March 17th, 2025).

As of the 1st June 2025, a new Liverpool Accommodation BID Levy will come into effect.
