The hotel offers disabled parking spaces in the underground parking lot (not owned by the hotel) and three additional accessible parking spots at the hotel entrance, subject to availability.
Distance from parking to the lobby: approximately 15 meters (accessible path available).
The hotel entrance, and public corridors are fully accessible.
The spa, located on floor 6, is accessible for guests with disabilities.
The swimming pool is accessible (features stairs with a handrail but no pool lift).
Accessible public restrooms are available in the adjacent shopping centre.
